Masdevallia Murex Plant

This is one of my latest acquisitions. It is a miniature plant, one of the smallest of the Masdevalia, with very beautiful flowers and an unusually large lip for this genus.

Natural habitat: Originates from high altitude forests (1800 meters), cloudy and humid, from Peru and Ecuador.

Cultivation: Small pot, with substrate for epiphytes and some sphagnum. Always keep it high in moisture, with constant watering throughout the year, in a cool, shaded environment. Regular fertilizations, with the dose halved
